Come learn the incredible stories of two of young carers named Isaac and Aryan. Heart House Hospice has the honor of supporting young carers. Young Carers are defined as any young person caring for a family member who has a life-threatening or chronic illness, a disability, is experiencing mental illness, or has a language barrier.

Our young carers invite you to attend the Hidden exhibition. Hidden is a photographic portrait that profiles the stories and faces of 24 Ontario’s Young Carers. These portraits showcase the significant challenges these young people face and the immense cost of their caring responsibilities. The portraits are on display at the Art Gallery of Hamilton until November 22, 2020.
