REIKI
Reiki is an ancient form of natural healing that originated in Japan. “Rei” means universal wisdom and “Ki” means life force. Reiki is administered by the “laying on of hands” directly on or just above the body.
It is believed that Reiki was created by Dr. Mikao Usui, a Buddhist monk, who spent a lifetime studying medicine, psychology, religion, meditation and spiritual development. It was introduced to North America in 1938.
AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE
Aromatherapy Hand and Foot Massage involves the delicate smooth touch to lower arms, hands and lower legs and feet. The use of essential oils or fragrance-free oils may be applied to help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.
