Whether you are a parent looking for, information on how to talk to your children about illness or, support for family as you live with illness, dying or death, HUUG (Help Us Understand Grief) can help. We can also provide education to schools and community organizations to help them build more supportive and compassionate environments for grieving children and families.

Relaxing the Mind &Body;
A number of things effect how you feel including sleep, nutrition and stress. Changes to these and other areas can positively (or negatively) impact overall health and wellness. Heart House Hospice offers a number of health and wellness programs to help you improve your overall health and wellness
Referral Form
Hospice care is available to anyone living with life-limiting illnesses. Within hospice care you will find a team of experts who can guide and help with a variety of issues or concerns; pain management, medical care, emotional and spiritual support.
We welcome referrals for and from anyone as long as consent has been received.
