We at Heart House have worked hard to clearly and simply show you helpful "packages" that you could "purchase" that would fit your interests and the needs of our end-of-life clients. These larger community investments are critical and make up 27% of our "ANNUAL HEART 2 HEART CAMPAIGN." (Government and United Way Grants make up 50% and Individual Donations add the other 23% of our income).
